Description

  • Process client documents
  • Ensure details are correct and in line with the legal requirements
  • Update and maintain client database
  • Liaise with colleagues to follow up any missing or incomplete documentation. 
  • Compile and submit the application with efficiency
  • Organise deadlines and ensure they are met.
  • Meet with clients and their families to progress their application.
  • Assist clients in a friendly, proactive and efficient manner with the appropriate follow up as necessary.
  • Ensure you keep up to date with any changes to legislation
  • Work collaboratively with team members and departments within the company.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.


Profile needed

You are a perfect match if you have/are:

  • Degree level in Administration or a related field
  • Or- Equivalent in years of experience (2+ years) in an administration role
  • Professional level of English both spoken and written.
  • Meticulous and thorough with an eye for detail and organizing documentation.
  • Experience with office systems and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be resident in Malta on a long-term basis.
