- Process client documents
- Ensure details are correct and in line with the legal requirements
- Update and maintain client database
- Liaise with colleagues to follow up any missing or incomplete documentation.
- Compile and submit the application with efficiency
- Organise deadlines and ensure they are met.
- Meet with clients and their families to progress their application.
- Assist clients in a friendly, proactive and efficient manner with the appropriate follow up as necessary.
- Ensure you keep up to date with any changes to legislation
- Work collaboratively with team members and departments within the company.
- Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
所需资料
You are a perfect match if you have/are:
- Degree level in Administration or a related field
- Or- Equivalent in years of experience (2+ years) in an administration role
- Professional level of English both spoken and written.
- Meticulous and thorough with an eye for detail and organizing documentation.
- Experience with office systems and processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willing to be resident in Malta on a long-term basis.
