Today, 88JOBS is looking for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER EUROPE | FLUENT ENGLISH | POLAND.

About the hiring company:

A telecommunications company established 30 years ago, specializing in the consumer electronics industry, particularly in telecommunications terminals.

Missions and tasks:  
  • Managing a portfolio of Key Accounts, subject to review by their supervisor.
  • Identifying, managing, and monitoring central purchasing organizations.
  • Keeping a vigilant eye on market trends and regularly providing competitor feedback.
  • Spearheading the launch of new products, including creating presentation materials, reaching out to customers, preparing product documentation, and participating in trade fairs.
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of all products through daily collaboration with the Sourcing and Quality teams.
  • Developing and adhering to a commercial policy designed to minimize risks and financial costs, including balancing turnover among customers and distribution networks.
  • Negotiating and establishing commercial terms, such as pricing, discounts, rebates, service agreements, advertising participation, payment terms, and conditions.
  • Growing the customer portfolio by conducting regular visits, phone contacts, prospecting efforts, preparing activity reports, and administering satisfaction surveys.
  • Executing promotional activities in line with guidance from their supervisor.
  • Creating and implementing Trade Marketing plans.
  • Managing and overseeing in-store sales marketing strategy, which includes shelf implementation, numeric distribution, and merchandising.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with both existing customers and potential clients.
  • Demonstrating ownership of products and services knowledge.
  • Ensuring the successful execution and delivery of orders, including meeting deadlines, maintaining compliance, overseeing invoicing, and managing payments.
  • Achieving sector-specific objectives and maintaining daily communication with customers.
  • Collaborating with the Sourcing department to prepare sales and purchasing schedules that limit storage costs.
  • Formulating and implementing business plans.
  • Assisting in setting sales objectives and participating in sales budget meetings.
  • Coordinating and negotiating after-sales service with customers, often in conjunction with our After-sales service team.



Profile needed

Profile needed:
  • A higher education background.
  • Extensive experience in the high-tech industry, particularly in Consumer Electronics and e-mobility.
  • A proven track record with successful experiences in managing major accounts and cultivating strong customer relations.
  • Strong negotiation skills, entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, and a dynamic approach to their work.
  • A passion for facing challenges in stimulating work environments.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Key skills for the role: proactive, customer-focused, autonomous, innovative, and possessing a strong analytical mindset.
