Beschreibung
- Leading the development of the company's business with key automotive OEM or Tier-1 suppliers in North China and supporting global account teams
- Increasing sales and profitability for the company's business in the wider China automotive sector, building foundation for long-term partnerships with company's global account managers for all company offers in the sector
- Identifying new business opportunities, creating business cases and driving sales process to success
- Building relationships with current and potential clients, identifying their needs
- Collaborating with company's sector group team as needed to implement plans and achieve targets
- Responsible for analyzing and forecasting new business and revenues within assigned territory, creating initiatives and promotions to support long-term client relationships and corporate objectives
- Leading by example in sales activity, oversee use of sales process and tools, and working with senior members of the delivery organization for successful project launches
- Developing strategies and solutions with technical team and presenting them in technical and commercial format
- Reporting on pipeline development and progress weekly to drive new initiatives
- Monitoring financial metrics for profitability and cash collection.
Profil erforderlich
- Bachelor's degree in relevant technology-related field (mechanical, automotive, software engineering) is desirable
- Proven experience in R&D services or solutions within the automotive industry, with advanced knowledge of engineering consulting business model
- Proven sales experience in managing key accounts or finding and winning major deals, with understanding of sales process
- Knowledge of marketing principles and ability to create and execute sales budget and planning
- Strong communication, written, and presentation skills, as well as professional appearance
- Entrepreneurial spirit, team player, and flexibility
- Experience in contract negotiation and management
- Strong selling, negotiating, and influencing skills
- Open to business trips in Beijing and North China region
- Fluent in Chinese and English, German or French is a plus.

- Base salary: 250k RMB
- Bonuses: Can be up to 40% of fixed salary
