Job Responsibilities:
- Project Bidding Support
- Participate in the project bidding process, working closely with sales and technical teams to prepare and submit bid documents.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain close contact with clients to establish and uphold strong customer relationships.
- Proactively gather customer feedback and requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development
- Collect market information.
- Based on market information, propose strategic marketing recommendations.
- Key Project Support
- Monitor the progress of key projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Implement measures to resolve issues during project execution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Procurement and Supply Chain Support
- Support negotiations and procurement activities with suppliers
- Strengthen supplier performance evaluation and oversight to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Client Reception and Event Planning
- Plan and organize customer reception and visitation events to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.
- Plan and participate in brand promotion and product introduction activities in Europe, including trade shows, seminars, etc.
- Ensure the smooth execution of events and achievement of desired outcomes.

Profil erforderlich
Job Requirements:
- Master degree.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and linguistic proficiency. capable of effectively interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.Good oral and written communication skills in English; ability to effectively communicate with international teams; candidates with Chinese language skills will be given preference.
- Profound market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good negotiation skills and knowledge of supply chain management.
