Job Responsibilities:

  1. Project Bidding Support
  2. Participate in the project bidding process, working closely with sales and technical teams to prepare and submit bid documents.
  3. Customer Relationship Management
  4. Maintain close contact with clients to establish and uphold strong customer relationships.
  5. Proactively gather customer feedback and requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Market Analysis and Strategy Development
  7. Collect market information.
  8. Based on market information, propose strategic marketing recommendations.
  9. Key Project Support
  10. Monitor the progress of key projects to ensure smooth execution.
  11. Implement measures to resolve issues during project execution to maintain customer satisfaction.
  12. Procurement and Supply Chain Support
  13. Support negotiations and procurement activities with suppliers
  14. Strengthen supplier performance evaluation and oversight to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  15. Client Reception and Event Planning
  16. Plan and organize customer reception and visitation events to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.
  17. Plan and participate in brand promotion and product introduction activities in Europe, including trade shows, seminars, etc.
  18. Ensure the smooth execution of events and achievement of desired outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • Master degree.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and linguistic proficiency. capable of effectively interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.Good oral and written communication skills in English; ability to effectively communicate with international teams; candidates with Chinese language skills will be given preference.
  • Profound market analysis and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good negotiation skills and knowledge of supply chain management.
  • Deep understanding and insight into business development.
  • Ability to flexibly handle various tasks and challenges assigned by senior management.
