The hiring company is a key player in the global natural extracts industry, strategically positioning operations worldwide. With a focus on supplying premium plant extracts, including essential oils, absolutes, hydrolats, and active ingredients, the company exclusively serves B2B entities.

The tasks of the position? Here they are:

Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Document all sales activities on Salesforce.

Customer Relations:

Foster strong customer ties for satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate closely to understand and address unique customer needs.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
Collaborate with agents and distributors, providing training and engaging in proactive business development activities (30% travel).

Team Leadership:

Lead BD efforts for the cosmetic segment, fostering collaboration with sales counterparts.

Reporting and Analysis:

Report sales activities on Salesforce, conduct analysis, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.

Profil erforderlich

The requirements for the position? Here they are:

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA considered advantageous.
Brings 5 to 10 years of experience in the cosmetic ingredient industry, showcasing a successful sales track record and deep market understanding.
Displays exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Possesses strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.
Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese as mandatory additional languages.
Willingness to travel in Asia.
