The mission of the Industrial Engineer is to follow the development of new production processes and equipment in relation with Minebea AccessSolutions Manufacturing Engineering team. They will ensure that the equipment is conformed with the Technical specification built by the Company's Manufactruing Engineering Team and respecting the Cental European Norms.

• Be the technical link between MM AMD and Minebea AccessSolutions
• Work closely with the stakeholders and MM AMD to ensure that the technical specifications are understood and respected by AMD.
• Collaborate with a European Organism based in China to control the CE certification of the equipments managed with AMD from the design to the shipment towards Europe
• Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and methodologies coming from Asia for MAE Manufacturing Engineering network.
• Conduct trials and tests to validate the new processes and equipment before full-scale implementation.
• Guarantee the application of the manufacturing engineering standards defined by MAS Europe Manufacturing Engineering Team
• Escalate to Minebea AccessSolutions the needs from AMD
• Support MAE Manufacturing Engineering (MFE) team
• Support the MAE MFE team in communication with AMD
• Advice MAE MFE TEAM in the technology choice
• Benchmark assembly processes between other factories and Minebea AccessSolutions

You will report directly to the Head of Manufacturing & Engineering in Slovakia. In China, you will report functionally to the Manufacturing and Engineering engineer. It is mainly local Chinese workers in the factory, very few Europeans, so a good knowledge of Chinese is essential.

Profile:

• Good level of English and intermediate level of Chinese are MANDATORY

2764 € (indemnité non contractuelle fixée par décret et arrêté, dont le montant peut varier notamment en fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)
