Description

Main responsibility is to process all the documents received from clients in relation to their Malta Permanent Residence Programme application.

Ensure that all details are correct and in line with the legal requirements for MPRP program in Malta.

Continuously update the database with client information and MPRP status.

Liaise with our Chinese colleagues to secure any missing or incomplete documentation.

Follow the company process on the MPRP steps for application submission.

Compile the application within a good time and submit it to Residency Malta Agency.

Meet with clients and their families for the biometric appointment, document certification, collection of identification documents etc.

Assist clients and their families in a friendly, proactive and efficient manner with the appropriate follow up as necessary.

Ensure you keep up to date with any changes to legislation that may impact on the MPRP process in Malta.


Profile needed

An experienced administrator or document controller who is Chinese - English bilingual.

The role is administrative and office based.

Preferably 2 years admin role experience but we will accept applications if a CV can demonstrate organisation and document management in another role.

Must be willing to relocate to Malta with a view to working on this beautiful island for a minimum of 3 years.
