M&A Intern – Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate who is available to start as soon as possible. The internship will be a full-time position for a duration of 6 months, based in Paris, France. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
Below is the detailed job description for this position:
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of live mandates (both buy-side and sell-side), providing strong client exposure. Responsibilities include preparing information memorandums, management presentations, financial analysis, financial modeling, valuations, and managing the data room.
- Deal sourcing: Preparation of market, strategic and competitive analysis, as well as industry screening for the identification of potential targets/buyers, financial valuations, etc.
Profile needed
Key Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, Chinese, and French is required.
- Previous experience(s) in deal-oriented working environments such as investment banking, strategy consulting, private equity or transaction services at reputable firms.
- Effective writing and organizational skills are critical, attention to detail, flexibility and positive thinking.
- Capable of working autonomously, with a combination of analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure where you are held accountable for the quality and time management of your work.
