Mediterranean Heart Malta is a company specializing in the residential visa program for Chinese clients.

We also offer our clients a variety of other services to cover the needs of each client as they make their transition to Malta.

We are currently looking for Chinese/English speaking Client Relationship Specialists.

Your future challenges:

• Translation of documents accurately from Chinese to English to Chinese.
• To be client facing and provide exceptional support for each applicant and their families.
• Immediate verbal translation for clients visiting Malta.
• Advise clients on the best property options.
• True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact with all clients and their families as well as the personnel of local public and private institutions.
• To builds an extensive knowledge base of local key institutions such as government departments, schools etc.
• To be very organised and keep all the administration side of the process updated.
• To be a part of a team of committed colleagues who support each other.

You are a perfect match if you have/are:

• Willing to be resident in Europe on a long-term basis.
• Fluent level of both Chinese and English
• Excellent communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and proactive in your work.
• Able to manage expectations and stressful situations.
• Willing to apply for a work visa in Malta.

Required Qualifications

• Hold a post graduate degree preferably in a business administration, Marketing, communication, or languages (other areas will be considered upon application)
• Chinese speaker with excellent English level or English speaker with excellent level Chinese.
• Ability to write/read fluently in both languages.
• Experience with office systems and processes.
• Accurate and organised administration skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exhibits polite and professional communication in person and via phone or e-mail.
• Previous translation experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

Desirable skills

• Understanding of or an interest in Chinese culture.
• Previous experience working for any linked sector in the EU or China.
• Postgraduates who have recently finished their degree will be considered if language skills are met.
• Sales and Marketing skills an advantage

• Full support for the work visa application including any visa application costs.
• Help with accommodation when you arrive.
• Initially a definite contract renewable as indefinite after one year
• To use and practise the languages you know and keep them current.
• Fun times with a young workforce and a growing company.
