Beschreibung

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations, and personally handling orders when needed. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including workers and forklift operators.

  • Manage and maintain inventory control, ensuring accuracy and proper stock levels.

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse.

  • Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.

  • Personally handle orders when necessary, including picking, packing, and shipping operations.

  • Maintain and update warehouse documentation and records.

  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any issues.


Profil erforderlich

  • Language: French & Chinese.

  • Legal residence in France.

  • Familiar with the warehouse inbound and outbound operation process, those with experience in related fields are preferred.

  • Familiar with office software such as office, experience in system operation is preferred.

  • High work initiative, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
