Beschreibung
- Reporting to our Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for :
- Managing the entire recruitment process for your client base - 85% of working time
- Business development of your portfolio consisting of GMs, CEOs, HRDs, identification of target companies, direct approach - 10% of working time
- You will be responsible for the development of the tools and methods used for sourcing.
- You will also be able to invest in internal subjects: website, community management, internal recruitment, school relations, etc. You will regularly train with BASHIBA.JOBS in new technologies to specialise - 5% of working time
- An experienced recruitment consultant looking for a career opportunity in a niche HR sector
- You are familiar with recruitment tools (ATS, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter ...), social networks and web communication.
- Your friend is your todolist so that you never forget an action that leads to a successful recruitment
- You know how to develop and follow multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards and CV libraries...)
- You know how to network to identify specific skills on dedicated communities (such as GitHub)
- You have a recognised commercial tenacity and a flawless customer sense..
- You like to network and snoop on the Internet, stalk your friends and call strangers to offer them jobs
- You are autonomous, versatile, tenacious and smiling, even on the phone
- You like human contact, reaching out to others and know how to form an opinion about people in a few minutes of interviewing
- You have a solid track record in recruitment (recruitment track record, commercial track record, entrepreneurial success, references from past experiences...)

Profil erforderlich
- Language skills: bilingual level in German and proficiency in English. French is a plus.
