Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: New York City, NY (3 days a week onsite—only local to NY/NJ)

Duration: 12+ Months

MOI: Skype (Candidates must be ready for F2F Interview if they asked by the client)

Important points to note:

·        Must be local to the NYC area.

·        10+ years of U.S. experience required.

·        Bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college is highly preferred (Master's degree is also acceptable).

·        LinkedIn profile must be 2–3+ years old with 300+ connections.

·        Driver's License (DL) and Visa copy are required.

·        Excellent communication skills (10/10).

·        Must be comfortable attending a Face-to-Face (F2F) interview if requested by the client.

Need a Java Engineer with strong experience in the data engineering space to help build and integrate data-driven intelligent solutions into the business processes. This role will involve a close collaboration with the team of data specialists, application developers and product managers.

Required skills:

·        At least 10 years of experience in the US as a Java Developer

·        Design, develop and deliver Java-based APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot, AWS and Streaming technologies like Kafka.

·        Experience in working with SQL building stored procedures, functions, and data warehousing solutions

·        Experience with Salesforce CRM Eco-System

·        Exposure to Business Intelligence tools like Tableau CRM, Cognos, PowerBI, etc.

·        Exposure to ETL and Data Engineering tools like Mulesoft, StreamSets & Databricks

·        Experience in developing TDD/BDD unit-tests and work with Quality Assurance team members on defect triage and resolution

·        Must have experience working in the Financial Services and Investment Banking domain

·        Proactively participates in Agile ceremonies like sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, etc., and experience in working with virtual teams

·        Leadership skills in mentoring team members, resolving technical challenges and performing code reviews in a peer programming environment

This role is a little different from our regular Java requirements.

The candidate must have 10+ years of US experience

This is a 5 days onsite role in NYC, and there is a possibility the client may ask for a face-to-face interview.

The client is looking for a Java Full Stack developer with strong Data Engineering experience, not just a Java developer.
