This is a client of 88JOBS, a global consulting and engineering firm that provides services to various industries such as automotive, aerospace, energy and telecommunications. The company's services includes product design and development, engineering consulting, digital services and manufacturing services. The company also have expertise in sustainability and circular economy, to help clients develop sustainable products, optimize their lifecycle, and ensure a lower environmental impact by using circular economy principles.

The job responsibilities:

Definition and development of ORU function specifications
Management, interface design, and validation of ORU cloud development
Compliance with legal regulations
Cooperation with backend to release functions and meet project milestones
Integration of ORU function systems, software release, and testing monitoring

Profil erforderlich

You are the person the hiring company is looking for if you have:

Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as Ergonomics, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or Graphic Design
Minimum of 3 years of ORU/OTA experience
Familiarity with car bus systems and protocols (e.g. CAN/CANFD, Ethernet)
Familiarity with online service backends
Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python
Experience with VW processes and systems (a plus)
Excellent oral and written English skills, proficiency in German (an added advantage)
Legal driving license in China, VW Group test drive license (a plus)
