This is a client of 88JOBS, a global consulting and engineering firm that provides services to various industries such as automotive, aerospace, energy and telecommunications. The company's services includes product design and development, engineering consulting, digital services and manufacturing services. The company also have expertise in sustainability and circular economy, to help clients develop sustainable products, optimize their lifecycle, and ensure a lower environmental impact by using circular economy principles.

The job responsibilities:

Monitoring and managing error tickets within the KPM/Jira system
Convening meetings with FOs, testers, and suppliers to review the tickets, including priority, status, responsibility, and solution
Collaborating with internal and external departments to drive resolution of error tickets
Ensuring adherence to processes such as the customer error management system or change
Assigning KPM change requests to the change manager
Generating error reports, such as statistics on reducing the number of error tickets.

Profil erforderlich

You are the person the hiring company is looking for if you have:

Possession of a bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, computer science, or a related field
At least three years of work experience in the automotive industry, with a minimum of one year of experience in error management
Familiarity with error management tools such as Jira and KPM
Strong communication, argumentation, and negotiation skills
Adept at solving problems and managing conflicts to drive progress in a complex team environment
Experience in test management is a plus
Excellent oral and written English skills, proficiency in German is an added advantage.
