The hiring company: This is a client of BASHIBA.JOBS, an international bank in Asia with a presence in more than 11 countries with more than 30 overseas branches across the world.


The missions of the job? Here they are:
  • The Deputy Manager will be in charge of the following departments and functions:
  • Operation
  • Finance (including Regulatory Reporting)
  • IT/Technical Support
  • Outsource Management
Additionally, the Deputy Manager will act as the Branch's Outsourcing Officer and perform duties related to outsourcing management, control and monitoring processes, documentation, and support. The Deputy Manager will also report to the Managing Director of Operation regarding the above-mentioned functions and supervise and monitor the daily operations of Operation, Finance, IT/Technical Support, and Outsource Management in compliance with policies and procedures. Other responsibilities include supporting the development and maintenance of the Business Plan, being a member of the Credit Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Asset and Liability Committee, and attending the Senior Management Committee.



Profil erforderlich

You are the one the company is looking for if you have:
  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years of banking experience, especially in the operation area
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English, German and Mandarin
  • A solid understanding of regulatory requirements.

  • The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package (around 90k € regarding experience).
