The tasks of the position? Here they are:

Supervise the functioning of various office, store, or business branches.
Provide guidance, training, and supervision to lower-level managers and supervisors.
Compile performance reports to be presented to senior management.
Coordinate and execute training initiatives for staff across the entire region.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and business laws and regulations at all branches.
Maintain the company's standards of excellence and service to ensure high-quality performance.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to plan significant events.
Optimize company profits at the supervised branches.

Profil erforderlich

The requirements for the position? Here they are:

Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in automobile, economics, management, or a related field.
Accumulate 10 years of relevant work experience in the automobile industry.
Attain a master's degree in automobile, marketing, finance, management, etc.
Proficient in WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and other office software, and proficient in both English and Chinese.
Demonstrate a market-oriented approach, professional dedication, excellent team management, interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to plan and implement effectively.
Possess the capability to motivate team members and contribute to their success.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, particularly in high-stress situations.
Showcase robust customer service skills, particularly in handling disputes and treating customers with care.
