SENIOR CONSULTANT | TRILINGUAL CHINESE FRENCH ENGLISH 中法英三语 (M/F)

We are an independent design & communication agency of 35 people based in Paris and Shanghai.
We work for brand design, such as visual identity, packaging, retail, digital content in the luxury market (mainly cosmetics, fashion and spirits).
We integrate all skills from strategic thinking til project production.

As part of the development of Shanghai office, we are recruiting a Senior Consultant.

You will collaborate on a daily basis program, with project and development around the following missions:

• Competitive intelligence and market analysis (benchmarks)
• Brand analysis (graphic, visual identity, positioning, ..)
• Reformulation of brief for internal creative teams
• Follow-up of the creation phases with the creative teams and the client
• Follow-up of the execution and production phases
• Administrative and management tasks (elaboration of quotation, supplier invoicing, client invoicing…)
• Ensure the link between the client and the agencies (Paris and Hong Kong)
• Participate in briefings and presentations in synergy with the creative team in Paris and Hong Kong
• Organize and manage the work of the teams (creative, commercial, service providers) in charge of the project, with a permanent search of quality
• Reports to the managing director

• Communication School, Business school, Design school, Bachelors / Masters in Marketing & communication, you are following a business, communication or similar courses
  
• Required qualities : - Rigor, organization, pro activity - Editorial and interpersonal skills - Microsoft Office Pack, especially PPT - Knowledge of graphic chain (recommended)
  
• Language: Chinese, French, English
