88JOBS is recruiting a LOGISTICS SPECIALIST| FLUENT GERMAN ENGLISH | 普通话 | FRANKFURT.

The hiring company? It is an international medical device group based in South China.

The missions of the job? Here they are:

Manage logistics functions to ensure workflow and optimize processes
Manage general office deliveries including picking, packing, liaising with forwarders, including return responsibility.
Receive goods from all suppliers, check the integrity and consistency of goods and documents received, transfer received goods to the warehouse for storage, go to the workshop for repair, notify customer service goods for RMA goods, notifying relevant persons of purchased items for sale.
Perform physical warehouse migrations for all aspects of company products, maintain proper warehouse migration records on SAP and manage demos, liaise closely with floor and department administrators shop to transfer spare parts warehouse to repair shop
Create accounting documents for monthly accessories/spare parts liquidation report
Communicate with colleagues about receiving and delivery professionally
Participate in rotating inventory and regularly compare inventory levels in SAP with Demo to detect discrepancies and mark them with relevant managers.
Support customer service to resolve logistics issues, test sales, transportation problems/complaints, contact forwarders to resolve issues if needed
Provide support to office colleagues and manage any logistical issues as needed

You are the one the company is looking for if you have

Previous work experience in a logistics role, looking forward to joining an exciting, fast-paced company with rapid growth
Desire to work in a hands-on logistics role
Successfully completed training in a similar logistics role
Show independent work experience
Experience with SAP or an alternative CRM system, very advantageous
Can handle goods on pallets with experience in operating forklifts
Have experience in shipping and receiving goods
Team members naturally work towards common goals
Fluent in German with business English level
Looking to join an agile double-digit growth company to enhance your experience at speed
Good analytical and communication skills
Ability to work in Germany without company sponsorship
