• Fluent Chinese language

• Knowledge of Chinese accounting practices
• Cash Management & Reconciliation
• Preparation of management accounts.
• Issuing and reconciling Invoices, Receipts Collection and Track and monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Prepare VAT declaration list.
• Liaise with external auditors to finish audit reports.
• Supervise the completion of the audit by investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance.
• Reply in a timely manner to all bank queries in relation to company bank accounts.
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports when necessary.
• Assist with accounting projects.
• Assist other departments with reviewing of expenses and payment request.
  

You are a perfect match if you have/are:

• Major in Accounting and Finance is preferred.
• Part qualified or level 2 stage of ACCA or equivalent.
• Excel advanced qualification an advantage.
• Fluent or professional level in Spoken and written English.
• Chinese language and advantage
• Excellent Excel skills
• 2+ years’ experience in a previous junior accounting role

Desirable skills

• Experience with Sage or Kindee accounting systems is an advantage.
• Great attention to detail.
• Proficient in accounting principles and procedures
• Accurate reporting skills
• Quick Learner
