The Job Role:

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, with a positive can-do attitude mindset, Administrative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide clerical and administrative support to our Team members, and Departments' Supervisors, manage office tasks, and assist in different projects' coordination.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Prepares meeting room for weekly and daily meetings.

- Records and distributes meeting notes or other records for meetings.

- Prepares Reports and maintains appropriate electronic/physical filing systems as assigned.

- Processes office’s Reimbursements, and provides support to Finance Dept

- Provides daily attendance reports and collects necessary documentation from employees as needed.

- Maintains daily office needs, and it's inventory

- Conducts data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

- Supports office management by organizing office operations and procedures

- Assists in event planning and project coordination by tracking progress and meeting deadlines

- Ability to multi-tasks to ensure a well-functioning office environment

- Provides Administrative Support to all departments as needed

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (REQUIRED)

· Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as a team with other department staff.

· Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Office Management and ability to maintain confidential information.

· Proven experience in administrative roles such as personal assistant or administrative specialist

· Company May consider H1-B sponsorship, after 1 year full-time employment

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or above preferred, or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

- 1 year experience in a related field, such as working in an Administrative environment.

- Skilled in Microsoft Office and computer work.

- People oriented, with a results driven focus

 

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

- Must be able to lift 5 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
