Our client require a CALL CENTER OPERATOR MANDARIN SPEAKER 普通话.
- Taking incoming telephone calls.
- Processing information using our in-house systems and provide excellent customer service using the telephone.
- Getting client information.
- Respond to their needs.
- Competent and professional telephone manner is a must.
- Experiences in customer service over the telephone should be an ideal candidate.
- Excellent spelling, good typing skills and attention to detail are essential.
Your role will involve picking up all the phone calls from all our customers or potential customers. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days between 6am - midnight. Full training on the systems will be given to the successful applicants.
