Your position
Your missions
 

You will be responsible for Support a team to deliver excellent customer services whilst maximising sales opportunities and deliver retail initiatives to support the brand, vision and increase productivity.  

The right candidate will have strong communication skills and looking to make your first steps in retail management.

Ideal candidates should hold a background in retail or strong customer service environments, with the ability to motivate a team, deliver KPI and adapt to a changing environment.

Supporting the Customer experience manager to ensure the team delivers excellent customer service, Ensure stock levels are replenished and the customers experience an outstanding level of service.
