Our client require an ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT in London.
We are looking for an Administrative and Accountant Assistant who will be responsible for assisting with office administration and accountancy, to facilitate a smooth and efficient operating company.
As an Administrative and Accountant Assistant, your duties will include general office admin duties as well as book keeper/accounts assistant working with the Assistant Accountant.
- Providing full administrative support to the general office
- Handling client queries by phone, mail and email
- Recording information accurately
- Compiling reports from spreadsheets and database
- Answering the phone and taking messages
- General photocopying, scanning & word processing
- General filing and ensuring a clean and tidy environment
- Issuing invoices to customers
- Recording daily cash receipts to customer accounts
- Preparing Sage Bank account reconciliations
- Dealing with customers over the phone in relation to unpaid invoices, card payments, questions on invoices
- Dealing with payroll queries from our 200 staff members
- Assistance with supplier payments
- Experience within an office administration or accounting experience and knowledge
- Proven IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
- Excellent organisational skills, able to work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrate a courteous, helpful and pleasant manner with a diligent and through approach to work
- Be an efficient, proactive, reliable and flexible team member
