Description

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS :

Assist the Sales Director to ensure the proper functioning of the Cargo Charter project
Sell the flight positions and follow the whole logistics process
Track and resolve issues raised by customers in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction
Manage booking data and freight forwarding operations
Review booking data to ensure data accuracy
Ensure timely transmission of information with warehouses

Profil recherché

YOUR PROFILE :

Ideally obtained a diploma in logistics / supply chain
Good ability to work in a team and you show good resistance to stress
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English
Good knowledge of Pack Office
