The missions of the job? Here they are:
  • Assist the General Manager in following and analyzing periodic financial data for external private equity investment, maintain and update investment progress tables, and regularly update core financial performance indicators such as DPI/IRR
  • Assist in financial, tax, and legal matters related to the company's diverse businesses, review the company's financial and tax reports, draft and review various company documents, and handle daily administrative work
  • Assist in the management of financial, tax, and legal matters related to the group's European company, review the company's financial and tax reports, and coordinate with the group headquarters to complete annual budget final accounts and quarterly and annual consolidated statements
  • Draft and review various company documents and arrange daily administrative work, organize and convene various company meetings, handle incoming and outgoing documents, and assist the General Manager in arranging their schedule and travel management
  • Manage office equipment and office rentals, and review material purchases, coordinate with the group's internal and external management, as well as business partners and various government, industry organizations, and Chinese diplomatic missions in Germany and Europe for business receptions and external communication


Profil erforderlich

You are the one the company is looking for if you match with following points:
  • Fluency in English and German is required, knowledge of Chinese is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree or higher is required, with a German degree preferred
  • Specialization in finance/accounting is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience is required
  • Experience in finance/accounting, ideally in the automotive or manufacturing industry, with knowledge of industrial automation and M&A a plus
  • Ready to work in Frankfurt
  • Willing to travel as needed
